Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number via email.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your dress in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security ribbons, and protective covers are intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the garment to ensure it is in pristine condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
